How do I choose a vehicle?
The MKT’s seat four passengers and luggage. If there are more than four passengers or extra luggage or golf clubs, you should consider the Suburban for up to six passengers or the van for up to ten passengers.
How much time do I need before a flight?
The airlines recommend that you arrive two hours prior to a domestic flight and three hours prior to an international flight. Feedback from our customers suggests that one and a half hours for domestic and at least two hours for international is necessary.
How much time do I need to get to the airport?
Your pick up location and traffic help determine how long it will take to get to the airport. Generally, if you live on the South Shore, it will take an hour – an hour and a half. We will help you with your pick up time.
Do I need a carseat?
Yes. State laws have changed. Car seats are required for children up to eight years old and 57 inches. Birth – 12months – infant only rear facing seats. 1-3years old forward facing car seat with harness and tether. Booster seats until age eight and 57 inches. We no longer offer car seats due to the constant change in regulations. However, we will transport your car seat back to our office and hold it for your return.
Where do I get dropped off and picked up at the airport?
We drop you off at DEPARTURES of the airline of your choosing. Please see the page labeled Logan pick-up locations for Logan arrival information.
When should I make my reservation?
You may make a reservation as early as 365 days in advance. We take reservations up to one day prior to your pick up. We do last minute/same day transfers based on availability.
How do I pay for my transfer?
While a credit card is required to hold a reservation, the credit card is not charged until after the transfer is completed. We want to make this part as easy as possible for you and understand that everyone has a different preference of how to pay their bill. Most bills are broken into a flat fee and 20% gratuity based on that fee. You may pay your driver by check, cash or leave it on the credit card. You may also choose to tip your driver in cash – this amount will be deducted from your total bill.
What if I need a late night/early morning transfer?
We operate 24/7 and therefore have round the clock drivers. We do, however, charge a late night/early morning fee of $20. This fee is applied for any pickups (home or airport) between the hours of 1:00am and 4:00 am. A pick up is defined by the actual time you get into our vehicle.
