FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: How do I choose a vehicle?

A: The MKT accommodates three passengers and luggage. A group consisting of more than four individuals with extra luggage and golf clubs may choose either the Suburban (good for up to six passengers).

  • Q: How much time do I need before a flight?

A: According to airline recommendations, arrive two hours before a domestic flight and three hours before an international flight. Based on customer feedback, one and a half hours for domestic travel and at least two hours for international travel are required.

  • Q: How much time do I need to get to the airport?

A: Your pickup location and the traffic conditions affect the time it takes to get to the airport. It will usually take an hour to an hour and a half if you live on the South Shore. We will assist you in scheduling your pickup time.

  • Q: Do I need a car seat?

A: Yes. State laws have evolved. Booster car seats are required for children up to age eight and measure up to 57 inches. Infant-only rear-facing seats are mandatory for children ages 0 to 12 months old. Forward-facing car seats with harnesses and tethers are essential for children ages 1-3 years old. Due to the constant change in regulations, we no longer provide car seats. We will, however, transport your car seat back to our office and store it until your return.

  • Q: Where do I get dropped off and picked up at the airport?

A: We will drop you off at the departure area of the airport terminal of your choice. For arrival information, please see the Logan Pickup Locations page.

  • Q: When should I make my reservation?

A: Reservations can be made up to 365 days in advance. We accept reservations up to one day in advance of your pickup. Depending on availability, we can provide last-minute or same-day transfers.

  • Q: How do I pay for my transfer?

A: While a credit card is required to hold a reservation, it is not charged until the transfer is complete. We want to make this process as simple as possible for you, and we understand that everyone has a different way of paying their bill. The majority of bills are divided into a flat fee and a 20% gratuity based on that fee. Cash, check, and credit card are the payment options. You can also tip your driver in cash, which will be deducted from your total bill.

  • Q: What if I need a late-night or early morning transfer?

A: We operate 24/7 and therefore have round-the-clock drivers. However, there is a $20.00 late night or early morning fee, which applies to any pickup (home or airport) between 11:45 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. The time you enter our vehicle defines a pickup.
